Investigations:

Paranormal Perth has been privelaged to have been granted access to premises, including some of Perths heritage listed and most haunted locations. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, respect and integrity whilst investigating. All team members are identified with “security ID badges”. Further, any public invited along to our investigations are always escorted and overseen by either our founder or one of our two team leaders. We sincerely thank those concerned for allowing us the opportunity to investigate and record findings. We have other exciting places on our radar, some with plenty of negotiation to have access. Here are some of our locations that we have been privelaged to attend.

YORK TOWN HALL

York town hall was built in 1911, on March 15th 1933 Terrance Rowan fell to his death from the upsatirs balcony. When we booked our investigation we did not know about this date been the anniversary as we were there 15th March. Whilst investigating we had so much activity, including the town hall lights mysteriously coming back on despite the switch board been in another room. They are normal switches and the one for the main hall are on a physical switch in a cupboard that had been physically clicked down into the on position. video on our facebook page.

ROUND HOUSE FREMANTLE:

Imagine been locked in the Roundhouse of an evening, locked in a cell and the courtyard. Paranormal Perth were granted a unique experience to investigate this historic prison in Fremantle. The area was exceptionally active and well worth the visit.

KALAMUNDA HOTEL :

Paranormal Perth are extremely grateful and wish to express the utmost thanks to the management of the Kalamunda Hotel. We have investigated this hotel on many occassions and have also been privelaged to investigate in areas normally out of bounds. The hotel is very active with lots of K2, Rempod, spirit box and orbs on CCTV. Known spirits are Paddy, the lady in the white dress, a child, a pregnant lady. The hotel has a sad history with suicides and murder and Paranormal Perth have become familiar to these spirits who often come through on our investigations.

WOODLOES HOUSE:

Built in 1874 by architect and timber mill owner Francis Bird, it was used as a congregational church in the 1800s, the red and white bricked church is now non-denominational. The staff at Woodloes always make Paranormal Perth Welcome. Lots of activity in the homestead, attic and church.

SWAN VIEW TUNNEL:

Constructed in 1894 and opened in 1895 the tunnel was built with 330,000 bricks and is 340m long. The tunnel was designed too steep and narrow for the trains using the line. Train slowed and filled with smoke, in 1903 the first serious accident occured causing many passengers to choke and passout. Unfortunately one driver dies. The tunnel is very active of an evening. A lot of activity on Rem pods, K2 and spirit boxes. We have investigated this tunnel many times. There is always activity, we managed to capture this image in the tunnel.

SUNSET HOSPITAL:

A former hospital and aged care facilit built in 1906 as the Claremont old mens home. It once housed up to 750 men. Paranormal Perth were privelaged to have investigated this place. There was so much activity here. We are very privelaged to have had the opportunity to investigate the hospital.

WOODMAN PONT :

In the 1880s a quarantine station was established to isolate immigrants from the community whilst being cleared of smallpox, bubonic plagueand Spanish influenza, that was ravaging Europe, the Americas and Asia. They had their own crematorium due to the amount of deaths. Parnaormal Perth have had the opportunity to spend the night here. There was a lot of activity happening at the crematorium especially into the early hours of the morning. It was the first time we used a “dead mans” bell which actually rang by itself along with other responses on other tools.

BUTTER FACTORY – BUSSELTON

Paranormal Perth were the first investigators allowed through this factory in search of answers to a few questions The Butter Factory was opened in 1918. In 1926 South West Dairy Produce Co-operative became the owners and the name changed to Sunny West. Development of the Group Settlement Scheme in the area caused a great upsurge in production, as there were 735 farms in the Busselton district by 1926. Then came the Great Depression of the early 1930’s, the 1939-45 war and the boom period which followed.

KENWICK PIONEER CEMETRY:

This cemetry is always a favourite with investigators including Paranormal Perth. There is always activity in this location.
