Case 1 – private residence Northern Suburbs Perth – March 2025

Our team was asked to assist a person who had just moved into a rental. They were seeing shadowy figures and a full manifestation of a man. The house had a pool and a couple of garden sheds on the property including a larger one. During our investigation there were a few spirits that came through and in particular a name of a female and male. During our investigations we have possibly ascertained there may have been a drowning in the pool or perhaps a drowning off site and some guilt ending with a possible loss of life in the shed. We are currently seeking history on the house and will return later for a second investigation. In our preliminary investigation we concluded that the spirit(s) appear to mean no harm.

Case 2 – Small business – Donnybrook – August 2025

In early August we ventured south to a location in Donnybrook to investigate a small business that reportedly had activity and had captured a spirit of a small child next to a wall. We met with the owner of the business and the property manager who filled us in with the history of the building. The property was close on 200 years old and had changed internally a few times. It used to also have stables for travellers to keep ther horses in whilst they rested the night at the local tavern. On the evening we completed our investigation we noted orbs and other small things happening. However we really wanted to find out who the mischeviuos child was that was knocking things of the wall. We ascertained and feel there was no negative energy there, in fact whilst communicating and using a variety of equipment we feel that a person may have been buried under or near the property prior to the building been built.
